All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail First Class. Any orders weighing more than 2kg may be sent in multiple boxes. Orders containing over 100ml may be sent by carrier.
On UK orders the shipping cost depends on your total purchase amount.
Countries within and outside of Europe: We currently are unable to ship outside the UK and Islands but hopefully we will soon be able to remedy that.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days Monday-Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking information.

Refunds and returns are not possible because we are selling fragrances. Once a customer buys a product, they have no remedy to return it for a replacement or refund.
