It is not possible to cancel any order on this website.
All prices for UK are displayed including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus VAT at the current rate and delivery charges as set out during the checkout process. If you have placed an order for delivery in Jersey then GST will be charged instead of VAT. All orders to the UK will be shipped prepaid VAT so you should not encounter any problems.
All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail First Class. Any orders weighing more than 2kg may be sent in multiple boxes. Orders containing over 100ml may be sent by carrier.
We want all our customers to receive and enjoy our high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received, please contact us at: admin@teniqua.com. If you send us an e-mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as some pictures if there is something wrong with one of the products.
Refunds and returns are not possible because we are selling fragrances. Once a customer buys a product, they have no remedy to return it for a replacement or refund.
